Research of the freight ropeway trolley based on the lever reinforcement mechanism

With the rapid development of power industry in our country, the material transportation in the process of the transmission line construction is getting more and more attention. As a new mode of transportation in transmission line, the freight ropeway has been widely used in the transmission line construction with its low cost, convenient construction and not being affected by the climate and other advantages. In the domestic freight ropeway, the fixed rope clips based on bolt is widely adapted, and the action of hanging or offing the cable is always realized by human. So the work efficiency and the economic efficiency are low. The structure of the trolley was optimized, lever reinforcement mechanism was applied to magnify the weight of the bearing body of the trolley which could realize the automatic hanging the cable and could realize the automatic offing the cable based on the weight of the fixed grip body of the trolley. The experiment shows that the optimized trolley can be applied in the complex environment of the workplace, and further reduce the cost.
